Have we ever imagined what will happen if there is no teacher in this world? Together with that may be all of the development we passed by are nothing. It is the importance of a teacher until a special song was made for him. Consciously or not, a teacher is very important person especially in education world. If we talk about education we will find a learning-teaching process where one of its success is depend on a teacher role, but every teacher must have different qualities in teaching. Sometimes students like a subject due to that qualities and happened just the opposite of it. Firstly students like a subject then they begin to dislike it because of the teacher ability too. There are three qualities which are at least must be had to be a good teacher, also it will create a nice communication between teacher and students.
First quality is a teacher must have knowledge of subject. A mastery of subject makes students have more amazement feeling to him since they think that the teacher who teaches them is a genius man and can help them in memorizing a lot of theories, so it will increases students’ learning motivation in the class by coming up many questions. They also thing that nothing difficulty in that subject when a teacher can give a correct answer for that questions, but before answer it, a teacher has to give a clue and instruction in order that they can solve it by themselves and let them try to find the answer with their own way. Don’t give them the correct answer directly. When students are not able to analyze it, it is time for teacher to give a trick and theory of the correct answer. Besides it, that theory will be spelled out freely and in detail by relating it to the subject and usually a teacher who has knowledge of subject avoids more out of subject explanation although sometimes a little explanation about other is need to prevent a boredom in the class. If teacher talks about other too much it will disperse students’ concentration and hey forget what the teacher explained.
The next quality is a teacher must care about the students. It doesn’t mean that teacher must accompany all of the students one by one to follow all of the theory since the evaluable time is not enough for others. Whereas this way only can occur effectively for a small class which includes maximum seven students while it can’t be effective anymore in a large class which includes more than that. We can infer that the teacher care doesn’t measure with it. More important thing than it is teacher must know every student’s ability because to be best of our knowledge that everyone has different ability in understanding a subject which can help teacher to find the best way to lose the differently among the students and makes all students can reach the subject explanation. Moreover, never make the differently as a chance to be partiality, because often a teacher gives more attention to SI ANU who can understand the subject faster than others. He is be the first one who must finish the homework and to answer every question, or a teacher always mention his name by comparing his ability with others, while a low ability students are rare given a chance to do so. If it occurs in learning-teaching process, we are not doubt that only a few students like the subject, and neither do others. Some of students prefer be passive in the class because they will think that it seems they are not exist in front of the teacher. Indeed don’t give students a punishment rapidly. Usually if a teacher always gives a punishment for student disobedience it will make student be trauma and don’t want to study at home instead they don’t want to intend the class anymore since they are afraid the teacher will be angry. Then what should a teacher do? Firstly, a teacher has to ask why the student didn’t work on his/her duty as students, what is the problem etc. To avoid the teacher giving a punishment rapidly, it needs the teacher himself awareness that teacher role is not only teach but also educate. If teacher can do this point everything that can make students feel uncomfortable will be nothing, students will always take a part and be more diligent instead.
The most important quality is a teacher must have ability to explain clearly. The first step to reach it, the lecturing is not beating around the bush. Sometimes there is a subject that is easy to understand, however since the teacher can’t explain it clearly it is be a difficult subject. So it no problem that teacher gives a little explanation but it directed to the point that will make the students unconfused. As attachment when teacher explains a subject, try to give en example about everything happened in our life. In order to create an interesting lecturing teacher has to relate it with the subject is talking about because students are more able to memorize everything around their life well. Giving an example is not enough since there is the same important thing that teacher must have a trick to start the class. An experiment have found about learning where it can balance and maximize the right and the left brain role. It was written in a book “Mind Mapping: your personal guide to exploring creativity and problem solving by Joyce Wycoff-New York, 1991). This book tells the writers that make a mind mapping is worth doing than we make an outline like we always do. That is just one of the good trick examples in teaching, while every teacher has their own trick that they thing it is an effective enough for their class. Finally, whatever their way a trick is worth need to prevent students’ confusedness.
Those three are at least qualities that the teacher must have since the success education begins with the teacher way in playing his/her role in the class. If we are be a teacher next time, just be a good teacher also a good parent for the students, but before that we should have our own qualities and try to look into everything related to be a good teacher.

“"I will make a wish in this New Year in order that I can be better than before with a work hard"”. Dina said, while Verqy want to manage his life and will not waste his time with nothing. Dina and Verqy are some examples from men who have different planning to face their life in this New Year where they want to be better than before. That is good enough and better than we don’t have commitment to improve our life. That is suitable with an aphorism that the best man is a man who can be better than yesterday. This statement mirrors that who want to be the best he must do better. So that, lets prepare our self well by making a planning to face New Year and be hurry to do a positive thing we didn’t do yet last year to avoid a regret before we are really not be able to do it at all for our future. Here there are some good ways to prove our will and to create a great future in this New Year.
First of all, we must remain what we have done. Start it by finding some ways which can give us a comfortable nuance. We can lay down on our bed to remember everything have happened, while some people like to sit down under moon ray and let their past memory comes across their mind, and others prefer to visit some places in where they ever have done everything, moreover making a list is worth doing to memorize our kindness and our mistake. Then, divide them into two rows, in the right site is our mistake and in the left site is our kindness. So it doesn’t matter when we have to bring a piece of paper and a pen wherever we go and write everything when we remember our past directly since it will avoid our forgetfulness.
Second, after we have remembered and have written it in a list we made, we have to make a decision and a change. Relook our list where we have written our mistakes in the right site. Then reflect upon it, and ask these questions to our selves, "‘have we made others happy with it? Was it useful for others?" NO must not be a doubt answer, must it? So, now is the best time to throw away our ego, improve those mistakes and decide not to repeat it even though only once. Next to it is our kindness, Respond it with a positive mind that not to be an arrogant due to those kindness. Just the opposite if we don’t do so we won’t do it anymore, in addition it will create a great happiness not even for us, much more for others, and can erase our mistakes.
This last way is as important as those two that we have to do what we have arranged from our decision before. Begin it with a simple thing first, after that step by step develop it with a bigger thing, but never forget that all of can be success by doing with our whole heart.
We must have different planning about what will he does in thin New Year. We can plan every positive thing that can create the better life for our future because it is better than we do nothing. Also we need some ways to find out how to make good planning in order that our life in this New Year is more useful for us.

TS: Living in dormitory is a better choise than living in boarding house for us as students who live away from home while attending classes.

MP 1: We can manage our time effectively based on the roles in the dormitory.

Some students like to live in dormitories, but others prefer living in boarding house. While there are some benefits and disadvantages for both options, sometimes students like to live in boarding house more than that in dormitory. As I asked three of them, most said that they are freer. That means they can waste their time whenever and whatever they want. Moreover, there is no judgement for them in every their going home late. Those are some benefits of living in boarding house according to general statement from them. In other hand, there are still many things they should be worried about, but based on the survey, living in dormitory is a better choise than that in boarding house for us as students who live away from home while attending classes.

Firs reason, we can manage our time effectively based on the roles in the dormitory. They are required to study because the chief of the dormitory usually make a role where we must study at least an hour at night. It will train us to be serious attending our classes, in addition we can avoid the bad effect of associate. It not only about your daily activity but also your time to study. You will be limited to waste your time playing out side like shopping,going home late. All of our disobidiance of it will get punishment. However we will not find it in boarding house that nobody will care about your time to study.

Second reason, it makes our parent don't need to worry about us. Every parent want their child save from everything, don't they? If I were them, I will do so, but parent don't need to worry about our safety when we are still side of them, because every thing which happen arround us is controlled in order we dosn't get bad effect of it and doesn't make wrong decision about what we want to do. In other hand, what will our parent feel if the fact is just the opposite of it?Worrier and despondet will come arround their mind, but all of it can be solved wih our staying in dormitory because unlike in boarding house, living in dormitory offers some good ways for our safety like the discribing in paragraph before.

At various time of our life, students have different opinion about living in dormitory and in boarding house. While some students prefer living in dormitory than that in boarding house, living in dormitory has some benefits that boarding house doesn't have. Those benefits are be reason why living in dormitory is better choise for us as students who live away from home while attending class

Unisma is on of the private universities in Malang that has many faculties. When you enter to the front enterence, the building A is directly in front of you. It is a rectors office and classes for some faculties. On its left is building B. It is an Indonesia language department classes and others faculty office. Next to it is the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education office and faculty of law classes. The building C is behind it. Listening laboratorium, biology classes, and a big room for seminar activity. Behind of it is library center. Many books we can find, for example, books about law, medicine books, etc. In the northwest cornes,you will find the building D. It is a matematics and postgraduate faculty. Next to it is building E. It is economic faculty and in front of it is building F, it is administration teaching and doctor faculty.

Dr.Harry Alden,the director of the Center for English Language Programs at the University of Pennsylvania was very busy yesterdey.The firs,he had to read applicants' resumes from 9 to 11.He had to find a new lecturer soon to teach listening class and replace the old lecturer who went to England last week.After that,from 11 to 12 he had a meeting with the dean to discussed about what criteria of an applicant who will be chosen and about the development ang the decline of students motivation in learning English at that university. Then, he had to interview applicants from 1 to 2. In this interview he asked what their motivation to teach an their experience because he thought those two are be the most important things to be lecture. Before that, he took a lunch with Dr.Davis who is his close friend and one of lecture in the university. He decided to ask for Dr.Davis help to interview the applicants. If he interviewed all of the applicants he would not have enought time to finish it. The last, from 2 to 3 he observed classes which will be used by the new lecturer,and he checked some listening equipment in the classes. Whether it still work well or not.

Teh hitam & hijau berasal dari tanamnan perdu "Camelia sinentis". Di dalam daun teh terkandung beberapa senyawa polifenol yang di antaranya berupa senyawa epigalokatengingalat (EGCG).Senyawa EGCG mempunyai sifat anti oksidan yang sangat kuat. EGCG telah trbukti dapat mencegah percepatan oksidasi kolesterol ADL sehingga resiko penyumbatan pembuluh darah dapat dikurangi. Pembuatn teh hitam melibatkan proses fermentasi,yaitu proses oksidasi enzimatis yang akan merusak senyawa polifenol,termasuk EGCG,sedangkan pembuatn teh hijau digunakan sistem penguapan pada suhu tinggi,shg enzim yang menyebabkan oksidasi tidak akan aktif.Satu gr teh hijau mengandung 30-50miligr EGCG.
Studi yang melibatkan 262 pria Jepang berumur di atas 30thn yang mengkonsumsi teh hijau 2-4 cangkir teh/hari,menunjukkan bahwa resiko mengalami penyumbatan pembuluh darah lebih rendah.Studi pd 9.510 wanita Jepang berumur di atas 40thn membuktikan bahwa resiko stroke lebih rendah bagi wanita yang minum teh hijau 3-5 cangkir/hari dibandingkan dg wanita yang hanya minum teh kurang dr itu.Caries gigi sering disebabkan oleh bakteri "Streptococcus mutans" & "Strepcoccus sobrinus".Teh hijau mengandung EGCG dpt menghambat aktivitas biologis bakteri tsb.Konsentrasi minimum polifenol dalam teh untuk melawan bakteri adalah 0,25-1,00mg/milimiter.

Masih tentang pendidikan yang tidak asing dlm kehidupn setiap orang.Namun pada faktanya tdk setiap orang bisa mengenyam pendidikan yang layak.Faktor ekonomi umum menjadi rintangan,bagaimana tidak?Mayoritas para peminta-minta di jalanan adalah anak-anak usia sekolah.Hal itu di sebabkan mereka tidak punya biaya sekolah.Jangankan biaya sekolah,biaya makan saja sulit.Lalu dimana letak kebijakan pendidikan yang katanya akan mengangkat derajad setiap aspek dari ilmu yang d dapatnya,sementara umumnya pendidikan yang berkualitas membutuhkan biaya yang "BERKUALITAS" juga.

Success students have similar characters. First, they are hard workers. They always use their time to study. Also they always try to find some new knowledge. Furthermore, they never give up when they fail and they consider it be a lesson to do better than before. Second, they are discipline. They finish their jobs on time and do the best for it. They don’t waste their time that can delay that job. Beside it, they are always consistent with their words which they told and their promises. Third, they are active. They can’t stay at home and do nothing. So that sometimes they join many extracurricular programs in their schools/universities. For example, they follow an organization and a course. Moreover sometimes they have a part time job to pass their spare time. The last, they are responsible. They are responsible to everything that they have done, to keep others people’s believability and to obey their parents desire who finance them to get better education and be success person in their future. Indeed those characters are good for us. We can imitate it in order we are be success students too.

Approaching boy needs some strategies. Firstly, we must know his character. The character means something that related to his behavior whether he is anger, adventurous, diligent, responsible, etc. From his character we can find some ways to approach him which is suitable with it. Next, we must have good appearance because it will draw his attention. If we have a tidy appearance, he will feel happy and like to see us. Then, we must care to him. For example when he is sick, we visit him, bring some fruits for him, remind him to have his medicine as doctor prescription, eat at least twice a day. All of those care will make him happy every with us. After that, we must love him the way he is. We must understand whatever his condition whether he is poor, rich, lazy, careless and we be a good friend who will be side of him every he has some problems. Ketika kita bersedih seakan-akan syaraf kita mengikuti aliran fikiran yang kadang tidak tau kemana rimbanya,yang kita ingat hanyalah sebuah kegundahan akan sesuatu yang belum terpecahkan sehingga kita masih bergelut didalamnya dan terus berfikir.Sebuah kata bijak mengatakan bahwa "kesedihan adalah sarana yang membuat kita berfikir betapa indahnya kebahagiaan". Jangan perangi kesedihan,tapi jadikan ia teman yang akan membantu kita merasakan betapa kita adalah makhluk renik yang kompleks dari salah satu ciptaanNya, betapa kita adalah inang-inang dosa, betapa kita adalah peminta-minta,betapa pikiran kita adalah ruang sempit diantara istana-istana alam yang megah...

Mengapa harus ada kesedihan..?
Selayaknya kebahagiaan,,kesedihan juga merupakan bagian dari kehidupan.Kehidupan adalah bagian dari kenyataan,kenyataan adalah bagian dari ciptannya. Maka ketika salah satu komponen harus dihilangkan, masihkah kewajaran hidup akan sempurna? Suatu contoh sederhana saja, ketika seoarang manusia di uji dengan kecacatan tubuhnya yang akan terjadi adalah kurangnya kewajaran dalam dirinya dimata kekompleks-an manusia-manusia lain yang tanpa cacat. Gegitu juga kesedihan,sebenarnya ia adalah penyempurna kehidupan ini. Jika tidak ada kesedihan bagaimana kita akan merasakan etapa berharga dan indahnya kebahagiaan. Tidaklah wajar jika seeorang harus menganggap kesedihan sebagai musuh besar kehidupan dan terpuruk di dalamnya, maka dengan secara tidak langsung ia telah meragukan ke Agungan Sang Maha Pencipta.
Sungguh Maha besar Allah yang Ia menjadikan kesempurnaan hidup walau kadang kita harus berusaha berfikir untuk mengungkapnya.

Apa yang harus kita lakukan ketika kesedihan itu datang?
Tak cukup dengan marah dan bersabar, karena kesedihan disebakan dengan banyak factor. Maka keadaan yang stabil, fikiran yang dingin yang akan menerangi kita pada jalan yang benar, yaitu “berfikir”.
Pada proses berfikir itulah akan dihasilkan bermacam-macam jawaban dimana hal itulah yang akan membuka wawasan untuk suatu penyelesaian masalah.
Ketika itulah kita akhirnya akan sampai pada titik batas tertentudan akan kembali pada kenyataan bahwa segala sesuatu terjadi atas kehendakNya, bahwa Sang Pencipta tidak akan memberikan kesedihan pada suatu kaum jika mereka tidak mampu menanggungnya, dan bahwa setelah kesedihan itu pasti ada hikmah yang tersembunyi di balik semuanya.
Betapa naifnya jika kita merasa bahwa diri kita adalah orang yang paling sial di dunia ketika kesedihan itu menimpa kita karena kita semua telah diberi kekuatan untuk menjalani hidup ini. Takwalah kepadaNya, bersujudlah di atas hamparan kasih sayangNya, Memintalah atas segala ketebatasan akal kita, basuhlah waja-wajah harap dengan usaha kita. TS : Be university students must be active
Be university students must be active. That means we don't be lazy and waste our time just to have fun. The first we must be active to attend the class. It will effect our mark and our understanding in every lesson. The second we must be active to look for more knowledge out of the class because sometimes lecturer explanation isn't clear enough. So that we shouldn't depend on lesson in the class, we must look for the others reference to be intelligent student. The third we must be active in organization. It will help us to be ready in facing the society when we graduated from the university because it trains and teachs us how to make good relationship with society. Finally active is one of the university students important parts because it can cause their selves and life.

TS : University students must be clever to manage their time.
University students must be clever to manage their time. They should know when they must study, take a rest and refreshing. The students must study at least four days a week because their main goal is study. Study is important for their success so that they must they must manage their time for study more than rest and refreshing. Take a rest is important too because if we always study without take a rest, it will make our brain off and can't work well anymore. So if sometimes they feel bored because study, they can stop study and take a rest for a while. After they feel better they can continue study again. At weekend they can manage their time for refreshing. They can take a walk to the mountain, shopping etc. It will make fresh their brain and they will be ready to face their lesson at the first week. So that it is necessary for us to make schedule in order we can manage time for study, take a rest and shopping.

TS : Many university students who are far from their home town are naughty.
Many university students who are far from their home town are naughty. They usually forget to study and just have fun. Many factors can make them like that. It can be caused by the distance between them and their parent. So they can do anything without permit to their parent. It can also occur because nobody of their family know what they do everyday whether they want to study or not. The wrong goal can be one of the factors. Sometimes their really goal isn't study or to get more knowledge, but they want to show to their neighbor or friends that they have much money and knowledgeable because they enter to university. So that they must aware that their parent expense them to study at university in order they are be diligent.

TS : Many factors make women like shopping very much

Many factors make women like shopping very much. Women need many things to make they can be a beautiful girl. Most of women like shopping because shopping is one of hobby that is very important. That’s why women is lavish than men. Because women have many need than men. The character of them can be one of the factors too. Almost of them are more careful than men. So they spend more time to choose everything. For example women can spend a hour to choose a cloth they want and necessary for them. So the need women is very much, like go to buy of gold rings. Ann also accessories for her body to look feminine. So shopping is very important for women.

Many factors make women like shopping very much. The firs factor is their need. They need many things more than men to make them be beautiful women with their performance. The second is their character. Almost of them more careful than men in choosing many things they want to buy. So that’s why they spend more time every shop. Dinoyo mini market seels many kinds of need requirements. Not only the basic requirements, but also complement requirements. The basic requirements is a need that can't be changed and very necessary for our life. For example : rice, detergents, bath soaps, shampooes, medicines, shoes, toothpastes, toothbrushes, sandals. While complement requirements is a need that is not too necessary for our life, and without it we can still change it with other things. For example : children toys, snacks, cosmetics, stoplesses, books, breads, candies.
If we come in, we will find those things are divided into 5 selves. In the right shelf we will see a line of children toys and some books. Some breads, candies, snacks are put in order in the next shelf. Next to it a line of rice, detergents, bathsoaps, shampooes, toothpastes, and cosmetics. Aku tak pandai merias hidup
Yang ku rangkai adalah jalan sederhana
Pada coret-coretan Sang Pencipta
atas kehendakNya
Maka lihatlah aku yang kumuh
karena...
Aku adalah jasad-jasad tanah
Semua kenyataan adalah
"ketakutan"
Karena jalan hidup adalah pertanyaan

Kisah Biru

Mari berjalan bersama, kawan !
Merenungi kabut hitam
Yang terlukis di dinding-dinding kubah ini
Apa ia akan selalu di sini ?

Tidak, kawan !
Jika kita mau mencermati
Bercak air mata pilu
Dan isak bungkam dari raut-raut lesu itu
Semuanya masih akan biru…

Tidak perlu takut, kawan !
Walau kita masih harus melewati lorong yang panjang
Tapi kita tak sendiri
Di sini ada secangkir tawa dan ceria
Teguk perlahan dan melangkah lagi
Pilu akan segera pergi
Semoga itu bukan sebuah mimpi.

Tangan Berdebu

Ini adalah masalah waktu
Jika malam masih berkabut, dan…
Aliran sendu bergelut
Menjelma tangan-tangan kasar berdebu

Ruang waktu terengkuh
Namun singkapan bayu masih beku
Raih kisah yang dulu
Ku sisipkan sebuah lembar kelabu
Secarik kata tak tersentuh
Ter-eja dengan gagu

“Aku penuh peluh”
Hendakkah sayap halus itu menyentuh?
Tegakkan aku yang rapuh
Menuju peraduan kupu-kupu
Dimana aku bisa meninggalkan
Resah masa lalu…
